    Question-are they suppose to hard like a regular dog biscuit or soft/chewy like most treats?

    Considering it states "treat", I assumed soft/chewy; my mistake if it wasn't meant to be.

    If it's suppose to be hard, definitely is. If it's suppose to be soft/chewy, definitely not! It doesn't say in the description.

    Considering the width and height of the treat, it would be very difficult for a small dog to eat it. Maybe a large dog wouldn't have a problem.

    Not sure if I would recommend for small dogs.
